The glorious seafront at Clacton-on-Sea each year plays host to dynamic aerial displays as well as land based entertainment & attractions. In addition to the day time displays on Thursdays, twilight flights will be once again be lighting up the evening sky in 2025 with smoke, lights, lasers and pyrotechnics.
Clacton Airshow celebrates its 32nd year of full flying displays on Thursday 21st and Friday 22nd August 2025.
Why not showcase your business to the potentially quater of a million visitors expecte to attend over the two days of the show? There are trade and exhibition spaces available.
There are also concession spaces availabe for Ice Cream, Catering, Sweets or Amusements. Applications are open until Friday, March 14th 2025. (Note: prices listed are to be used as guide prices only.)
Charities are welcome on the main show site however, a dedicated charity area is located in Clacton Town Square. (see clactonairshow.com for details)
About Clacton Air Show
The dates are Thursday 21 & Friday 22 August. In addition to the day flying, Twilight flights will take place Thursday evening only.
The official show site opening time each day is 11am and closes 10pm Thursday and 5pm Friday.
Displays are due to start around 14:00 & 19.30 (Twilight flights) on Thursday and 13:00 Friday although this could change due to operational requirements.
The main ground event site site is located on Marine Parade West. However, there is adequate viewing available along the seafront from the East side of Clacton Pier to Clacton Martello Beach including the upper and lower promenades and West Greensward.
Although flights will be announced, the official show programmes will be available to buy for £5 from the Visitor Information Centre, Clacton, Clacton Train Station, Clacton Beach Patrol Office or from one of the mobile Ground Crew located in and around the main event site for the duration of the event.
