Arts Outburst are an Arts Council England NPO and are a community led combined arts organisation, specialising in outdoor festivals for families including our Winter Light Up Festivals. Arts Outburst were excited to produce Thurrock's month long Get Creative Festival in May 2024 and the first Thurrock Pride Festival in June 2024.
