ABOUT US:
Stage Event Security is a leading local provider in event security and venue safety involving crowd management. We have ensured the security and well-being of countless thousands of people at public and ticketed events – everything from open-air cinemas and ‘music in the park’, to air shows, carnivals, operas and cultural festivals throughout the UK. Throughout the year we also manage event calendars for theatres such as the Ipswich Regent, the Corn Exchange and the Apex in Bury St Edmunds.
For all clients, we offer a complete event security UK package, one that’s based on years of expertise in crowd management and event planning. Every proposal is the result of careful deliberation and the application of industry best practices. In preparation for any given event, we will visit the venue to carry out a full event security survey. Public safety is our highest priority, and we work closely with organisers, local authorities and other agencies to compile an event security plan that addresses a host of potential risks.
Stage Event Security are able to advise and assist with the planning of security through to the delivery of trained and licensed security staff and supervisors to manage your events safety and security requirements. We will always listen to your requirements and work with you to provide a bespoke solution that fits your needs. Stage Event Security ensures the safety of the venue, your staff and its guests by using our experience of working on site and our in-house security knowledge. As a business we are part of the local council and work across a wide range of events throughout the year supporting in excess of 200 events on an annual basis.

Our event security team has worked on some of the best and biggest events throughout the UK. We have experience across multiple sectors, from large music concerts to cycling tours, delivering first class security services across a varied portfolio of large and small clients and industries.
Examples of the previous work of our event security team include:
Ed Sheeran's Homecoming Tour and Museum Experience; LeeStock Music Festival (an annual festival that helps raise money for the Willow Foundation) with thousands of guests in attendance; Ipswich Music Day (the largest free music event in the UK); The AJ Bell Women's Cycle Tour (which attracts large crowds and is a televised event); The Smoke and Fire Festival (a three-day food and music event at Colchester's Castle Park).
