EAFN Registration is open to Stallholders and Performers based in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk who trade or perform at Festivals, Fairs and Fundays.
Membership and Registration with the EAFN identifies your Festival/Event, Venue, Business, Organisation, Act as part of a network that is committed to sharing expertise, networking and using local supply chain opportunities to benefit the environment, the audience, the event industry and the regional economy. Although East Anglian Stallholders and Performers are not eligible for the EAFN Membership scheme they can apply for Registration as an EAFN Trader or Performer.

Terms and Conditions for EAFN Membership and Registration:
EAFN Members and Registered Traders and Performers should not engage in conduct unbefitting of a member of the EAFN. Any EAFN Member that is seen to be not conducting themselves in a professional manner will have their membership or registration suspended and possibly cancelled depending on the results of any investigation.
Refunds for subscription payments will be considered if Membership/Registration is cancelled in the 14-day period from the date of purchase only. After this date. Members can cancel Membership/Registration but there will be no refund for the period between cancellation and when membership ends.
